Dosage and use:

Enjoy a foot bath at least twice a week or every other day, preferably at night before you go to bed.

Simply dissolve 125 g of Zechsal magnesium flakes in approximately 4 liters of warm water and soak your feet for at least 20 minutes, ideally half an hour. The recommended temperature is 37 °C.
