Zechsal magnesium is extracted from the Zechstein Sea, which existed nearly 250 million years ago in the Netherlands. It is found at 1,600 meters deep and is considered the purest magnesium in the world.

What is magnesium oil?

Magnesium oil is a liquid form of magnesium that contains only two ingredients, magnesium chloride and water. It doesn't contain any oil, however, it is greasy to the touch, hence the name.

While oral magnesium supplements have to pass through the digestive system, making them less absorbable, magnesium oil passes directly into your bloodstream through the skin then into your cells where it performs its tasks.

Dosage and use:

Use 15 to 20 sprays per day (Every spray delivers 12.5 mg of pure magnesium). Allow at least 10 minutes for absorption. Then rinse if preferred.

Light tingling and a warm sensation are normal and mean that the magnesium is being absorbed.

Tip: absorption is much faster when the skin is warm (e.g. after a shower or exercise). Avoid contact with the eyes or superficial wounds - contact may result in a stinging sensation.
