Our Shipping Policy

General shipping information

Orders placed before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same day, unless it's a Thursday or Friday. In that case, the order will be dispatched the following Saturday. 

Orders placed during a public holiday will be dispatched on the following working day.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch for arrival.

Shipping rates

- We offer free delivery within the UAE for orders over AED250.00

- A flat AED20.00 shipping rate applies within the UAE.

- International rates will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders outside the UAE. We offer a door to door service to the countries we ship to.

- Kindly note that the shipping costs do not include tax and customs fees that may apply in destination country.
