Try our Coffee Date Almond Milk recipe to set you up right for your day!

Ingredients:

cups water + 3 tablespoons organic almond butter (or 1.5 cups almond milk)
3 pitted medjool dates
1½ cup cold brewed coffee*
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
A pinch of Himalayan salt

In a glass jar, add coarsely ground coffee (quantity according to your liking) to 1½ cup of water and leave it to steep overnight. Strain the coffee using a cheesecloth then store it in the fridge to keep it ready for use.

Method:
When you're ready to drink your cup of coffee, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, sit back, relax and enjoy.

You can always add 1 cup of ice if you want iced coffee or heat it in a saucepan if you prefer to drink it hot.

Tip: You can always create some variations from this drink such as adding cinnamon powder, cacao powder, substituting maple syrup for dates or simply pair it with a healthy snack such as our Immune Boosting Energy Balls.

P S. It is best to use organic coffee as it is one of the most heavily sprayed crops!
